Learn new skills or update your digital talents
A few words from Justin our Digital Inclusion lead
"I find great satisfaction in the positive impact my work has with people and how they use digital devices. It is very rewarding to guide people through the maze of digital technologies.
I get to see first hand how these new skills transform daily lives, making things easier and more connected. It is not just about teaching new software, it is about opening up new possibilities while providing a better understanding of the technological world we now live in together.
Many people have told me that they feel empowered towards a greater level of independence, by doing things for themselves online and are able to reach out and communicate with others, both in the variety of ways and more easily.
Some people need assistance with their mobile phone or Tablet, while others need support setting up a Smart TV, Wi-Fi or connecting an Alexa type of device. Whatever the digital challenge may be, at Age UK Wakefield District, we are ready, willing and able to help anyone with their digital or technology challenges".
