Join us as we encourage people to get more active and have a little fun whilst getting healthier!

I May Move is open to everyone, we hope as many people as possible feel included, whatever your fitness level, you can join in the fun!

So whether you are new to exercise or like many, have struggled to regain fitness and activity levels, I May Move is here to encourage people to move more in the month of May and maybe, raise a little money to support the work our charity does across the Wakefield District.

If you’d like to join a walking group, sign up for a marathon, cycle coast to coast or improve your fitness at home, we’re here to support your personal goal with lots of tips, groups to join and cheering from the sidelines.

Our new challenge is call Laps for Loneliness, join us at Thornes Park on Saturday 16th May where each lap you complete can help bring an end to loneliness!
