Provide a Warm Welcome to all visitors to our offices and those making enquiries by phone or email.

In this role you will:

  • Be based in our new office – conveniently located close to Camden Town Tube and accessible by local bus routes.
  • Provide a Warm Welcome to all visitors to our offices and those making enquiries by phone or email.
  • Greet people as they arrive and make them feel welcome – have an initial chat, make them a drink, ensure that they feel supported while waiting to access the relevant service/or assist them with general enquiries.
  • Provide admin support to the organisation under the supervision of the Head of HR and Central Services (photocopying, printing, mailouts, updating central records etc) Full training will be given.
  • Support the Head of HR and Central Services Team to ensure that the office is a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
  • Support responding to phone calls and emails that come into the central reception area.
