Changes to our trading office

After many years of trading, the national charity Age UK has reached the difficult decision to stop selling insurance and other financial products via Age UK County Durham. This means that it will no longer be possible for anyone to purchase or renew insurance from Age UK County Durham (we are an independant local charity in its own right).

Please be assured that this change only affects Age UK's financial services that were available via Age UK County Durham.  All other services and activities available from Age UK County Durham will continue to help the lives of older people locally.

You will still be able to purchase Age UK or Age Co products, or amend your current policies, by contacting Age UK directly by telephone or online.  Further details on the full range of their products can be found at https://www.ageco.co.uk/
