Fall Prevention Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Falls Prevention Service Coordinator to increasing falls prevention awareness ensuring people aged 50+ in Barking and Dagenham are aware of and connected to local and national resources to stay active and healthy.
As part of the programme, you will be developing and coordinating our programme of falls prevention exercise opportunities for older people in Barking & Dagenham including Otago, Chair Based Exercises, Tai Chi classes, Nordic Walking, etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the extension of our existing Redbridge Falls Prevention Service in Barking & Dagenham.
Salary: £31,273 p.a. (35hrs week pro-rata)
Hours: 28 or 35 hours per week
