Online Toolkit For People Working In Home Care
In 2020 Sheffield City Council embarked upon a homecare transformation project. This project seeks to improve the experiences of people living with dementia in Sheffield who use homecare. The project aims to move away from time and task based care, to a truly holistic and person centred way of delivering essential care services in people’s homes.
