Charity Fun Day 2018

Faye Williams and her team at Marston Green Tavern Pub, organised a Charity Fun Day on Sunday 26th August 2018 in aid of Age UK Solihull.

We hold our weekly Tuesday lunch club at Marston Green Tavern Pub and Faye has seen first hand at how our club has helped alleviate loneliness and isolation amongst older people. From seeing this, Faye wanted to do something to give back and organised a brilliant Charity Fun Day.

From tombolas, bingo, bake sales, all day disco and much more, they raised a fantastic £805.50! We are ever so grateful to Faye for doing this for us and all proceeds will go back to our services which help local older people.
