This week Age UK Sunderland are recognising Loneliness Awareness Week 2023. Did you know at Age UK Sunderland we have a number of Community Support Groups where people come together each week to enjoy a few hours in the company of others.
We have various groups where you can join in activities such as music making and tai chi, or enjoy a game of bingo, scrabble or dominoes. These clubs take place in different venues throughout the City of Sunderland and transport is available.
Our latest group is an art club which opens on 3rd July and you are invited to drop in and see what we have to offer.
