Connecting Carmarthenshire Information and Wellbeing Officer
- Location: Llanelli Office with regular travel throughout Carmarthenshire
- Salary: DP2 £24,898 FTE - £19,918.40 Actual
- Hours: 28hrs per week
- Contract: fixed term contract funded initially two months from the start date.
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Information & Wellbeing Officer to join our organisation. As part of our Information and Advice team, you will be working to approved quality standards and be committed to delivering preventative solution-based community support to older people, and people with physical disabilities. You will enable improvement and maintenance of health and wellbeing, building resilience through social interactions and strengthening community relationships.

Community Transport Team Lead, Carmarthenshire
- Location: Llanelli Office.
- Salary: DP3 (1) £26,117.00
- Hours: 35hrs per week
- Contract: fixed term, funded until May 31 2028
We are looking to recruit a Community Transport Team Lead to oversee the day to day running of the project supported by our senior management teams at Age Cymru Dyfed and Dolen Teifi. The role involves overseeing of the project and reporting, and attendance at events and meetings to promote the service and ensure vehicles are fully utilised.
