We're delighted to announce the merger of Age Cymru Ceredigion and Age Cymru Sir Gar as from 1 April 2020. We are now known as Age Cymru Dyfed.

The new organisation will cover Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

We're also delighted to announce that Simon Wright is the new Chief Executive Officer.

The key objective of Age Cymru Dyfed is to develop and deliver high quality specialist support services and interventions for primarily older people and their families both at home and in the community.

Many older people and their families benefit from the valuable services we provide and the aim of the merger is to pool expertise, resources and teams to create a new and dynamic organisation providing vital services across the three counties.

The new organisation will enable us to reduce back office costs, streamline our services and increase the opportunity to expand service delivery in a consistent and more sustainable way across a wider geographical area.
