Good Day Calls Service

Lisa lives alone since her only son had to go into care due to his own medical conditions. She cared for him at their home together until she could no longer do what he needed. She is fortunate to be able to visit him almost every day but finding it harder to do things.

"The loneliness of not having anyone in the house to talk to anymore gets on top of me’’.

‘’I started having a regular call with Age UK Lancashire's team and now I feel I can talk about things. I have a nice weekly chat that has allowed me to feel listened to, and this helps me process any issues I may have. I so look forward to my calls each week’’.
