We are delighted to open new offices in the east of the county

As a local charity that provides services across the whole of the county, having a base in Irthlingborough for around 20 of our workers will enable us to improve and expand the support we provide.

For over 60 years our main office has been in Northampton, currently in The William and Patricia Venton Centre in Northampton.  CEO Christopher Duff says “I am delighted that the charity has been able to open another office in the former Dr Martens headquarters in Waterside House in Station Road.  The excellent transport links will make it easier and more efficient for staff to visit clients in their homes and for us to support the local community.  The Social Prescribing, Collaborative Care and Hospital Discharge & Community teams that cover the Wellingborough and North Northamptonshire area will be based in Irthlingborough."

The building is the former headquarters of Dr Martens.

“It is important to ensure that our services are available to older people wherever they live in Northamptonshire,  and this is not always easy when it takes over an hour to drive from one side of the county to the other.  We are taking our services to the people and will continue to work closely with North Northamptonshire Council and the many smaller councils in the area to provide the support that older people need.”
