Instructor Emma knows all the moves!

Nineteen dancers and instructor Emma took to the floor with gusto

We had a fantastic time at Daventry Community Centre in Ashby Road on Thursday 10th March, dancing and socialising and enjoying delicious tea and cakes.  Instructor Emma of Academy No1 and Gordon [pictured] launched our very first Tea Dance with a fabulous waltz.  Our dancing pairs then completed a series of dances, including a Cha Cha, a Charleston and the Foxtrot, finishing up with an energetic Quickstep.

Scrumptious cakes, tea and coffee.

Scrumptious cakes, tea, coffee and soft drinks are provided. No effort is spared on the doily front!

Our monthly Tea Dance takes place on the second Thursday of the month 1.00 - 3.00pm.  It costs £6 per session, payable in advance and booking is essential.  No dancing experience is required.  All welcome, please call us on 01604 611200 for details or visit this page
