Happy two years at your Plymstock home DEMENTIA DAY CENTRE!
 
Our Dementia Day Centre is there to provide an approach focused on our clients enjoying quality time with us, and for their carers to know that their loved ones are being well looked after and are engaging with the group.
 
Thank you to the ongoing support of our wonderful Plymstock community and of course our fabulous staff and volunteers.
