Congratulations to the Plymouth Wellbeing Hub Network on winning the Collaboration Award at this year's Devon Chamber of Commerce Business Awards!
The Plymouth Wellbeing Hub Network is a fantastic collaborative project, bringing people together wellbeing hubs from across the city, including our own wellbeing hub at Age UK Plymouth, based at the William and Patricia Venton Centre.
We are incredibly proud to be part of this valuable partnership that supports the health and wellbeing of people throughout Plymouth. Well done to everyone involved in this amazing acheivement.
