Young onset Hub (YOH)

We deliver a new service created specifically to support people who have been diagnosed with young onset dementia, as well as their carers, family and friends. It's called the young onset hub. Click "find out more" to see the variety of support we provide and details for accessing the service.

Dementia Advice Sheffield (DAS)

Dementia Advice Sheffield is a service that offers specialist training, guidance and support for professionals and volunteers working with people living with dementia in Sheffield

Sheffield Dementia Action Alliance

The Sheffield Dementia Action Alliance is delivered in partnership with Age UK Sheffield. The Alliance exists to create a supportive group of services, businesses and people who wish to become dementia allies and support the work to make Sheffield a dementia friendly city.

Dementia News Newsletter

Dementia News is a newsletter produced and delivered by Sheffield Dementia Action Alliance working in partnership with Age UK Sheffield and Sheffield City Council. It exists for people who work within dementia care and support, such as volunteers, professionals and other services who wish to keep up to date on all things related to dementia care provisions and services in the city.
