About the Role
This is a rewarding administration role within the charity sector, based in our Taunton, Somerset office. The successful candidate will support our community advice services and make a meaningful difference to older people every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative service delivery support for the Advice and Support department
- Data management / monitoring and data reporting
- CRM / database maintenance
- Planning, coordination and scheduling of outreach sessions
- Processing and coordination of referrals, enquiries and applications
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, carers, professionals and partner organisations
Skills & Experience
- Office administration within a customer-facing environment
- Understanding of a charity or social care environment is a bonus (but not essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Data entry, record keeping and CRM / database management
- Producing reports or processing data for monitoring
- Diary management / scheduling
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Handling enquiries via telephone, email and written communication.
