Age Cymru Dyfed is proud to be playing an active role in the newly launched Financial Wellbeing Support Service, delivered in partnership with project lead Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales. Together, we are committed to providing practical, trusted, and compassionate financial support for people living in Carmarthenshire.
With our dedicated team members in place, the service is already delivering vital financial guidance and one-to-one support to local Carmarthenshire residents. It is designed for anyone experiencing financial pressures, with a particular focus on carers, vulnerable individuals, and families facing financial hardship.
