Join us on Wednesday 10th December at 11am for a very special FREE Christmas Carol Service in the beautiful Wells Cathedral.
This uplifting event, kindly sponsored by Somerset Care Group, will feature a performance by the Taunton Deane Male Voice Choir and is open to everyone. It promises to be a morning filled with festive music, community spirit, and the joy of Christmas.
All donations from the collection will go directly towards Age UK Somerset’s work – helping us to be there for older people when they have nowhere else to turn.

The Age UK Somerset Singers
Why not join this welcoming group of people who love to sing each week in Bridgwater. No prior experience is required. Just come along and enjoy the joy of singing!
We sing a wide variety of 20th-century songs so there’s something for everyone!
Open to all aged 60 and over, including those living with dementia or memory impairment.

Vintage Art Makers Group
The group is all about bringing people together for art as a wellbeing activity.
It's for the participants to meet new friends while enjoying mark making and other arty things, with a bit of instruction from Laura, and definitely tea and biscuits.
You do not need to be ‘talented’, or have any experience! The art we will be making will be accessible, therapeutic and fun.

Strong and Steady classes run across North Somerset and Somerset!
We now run our Strong and Steady sessions across North Somerset to help you stay independent. Our classes are now in Weston-Super-Mare, Winscombe, Clevedon, Yatton, Shipham, Portishead and Nailsea.
To match your needs, we are introducing two levels of Strong and Steady classes, so you can join a session that is right for you.
Our Get Strong Get Steady classes will help you transition from seated to standing exercises, whilst also helping to strengthen specific joints.
Our Stay Strong Stay Steady classes will help to strengthen your lower body muscles, improve your balance and increase your confidence in moving around.
