If you are aged 60 or over and live in Somerset or North Somerset, we would really value your feedback.

Age UK Somerset exists to support older people to live their best lives. To do that well, we need to understand what matters most to you, how well our services are known, and where there may be gaps in local support.

This short questionnaire will help shape our future services and priorities.  All responses are confidential.

You can complete this questionnaire any time throughout 2026 - the last date for completing it is 31st December 2026.
