Working closely with the Support Services Coordinator, the postholder will support recruitment, onboarding, training and the administration of general records for both employees and trustees.

This will involve the handling of key personal and sensitive information on a variety of systems so you will have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate integrity and discretion, be proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience of an HRIS or customer relationship management database.

You will provide an accurate and efficient service, possess excellent organisational skills and an ability to schedule tasks to set, track and follow up actions.

Liaising with colleagues and new joiners, you will use your interpersonal skills to reflect our open, collaborative and empathetic approach in responding to requests and gathering information.  You will also be comfortable with technology and make use of your communication skills to effectively convey technical information to new joiners and others.  A clear understanding of the principles of data protection, cyber security and safe IT practices will be essential.

In return we offer a pleasant working environment within our modern Taunton office, training opportunities and the chance to make a real difference.

Appointment to this post is subject to satisfactory references.
