We are now seeking a highly organised & motivated Administrator to join the team at our Taunton office.

About the Role
If you are looking for a varied administration role working within HR and supporting our back-office functions, with a chance to make a meaningful difference to older people every day, then this is a role that will interest you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and training
- Maintain accurate personnel records and database maintenance
- Support governance, quality, health & safety and office management processes
- Manage confidential data in line with GDPR and information security best practice
- Use MS Office and office systems to track tasks, schedule activities and follow up actions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in office administration, ideally in HR or office support
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Integrity and discretion
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and able to clearly convey technical information to others
- An understanding of safe IT use, data protection and cyber security aware
