Dementia Wellbeing Connector - Pembrokeshire

  • Salary: DP3(1) - £25,298
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Place of Work: Hybrid working model from home and Haverfordwest office
  • Travel throughout Pembrokeshire to client homes
  • Contract: Fixed term contract to 31/5/2027

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working team member to join our exciting new service that will support people living with Dementia (PLWD) and their carers. The service aims to provide a full wrap-around support that will assist the PLWD in navigating their individual journey and increase their overall wellbeing as much as possible.

UK Training Officer - “Building Stronger Futures for Older Veterans”

  • Salary: £26,954 FTE which is £21,563 actual
  • Hours: 28hrs per week
  • Location: Hybrid working including working remotely from home.

Office/meeting facilities will also be available for booking in Age Cymru Dyfed’s offices in Aberystwyth, Llanelli, and Haverfordwest. Travel throughout Wales and the UK may be required on agreed occasions.

Contract: This is a post funded to April 2027 (with a possible extension for three months). Continuation of the post will be based upon success of future funding applications.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working UK Training Officer to roll out the Building Stronger Futures for Older Veterans eLearning training course to statutory and independent sector organisations.

Financial Wellbeing Officer Carmarthenshire

  • Remote and hybrid work, based in Llanelli office
  • Salary: DP2 (1) £24,060
  • Hours: 3 positions are available, both part and full time
  • This is a fixed term contract for 2 years
  • There is no formal closing date

We are looking to recruit Financial Wellbeing Officers to provide a high-quality
information and advice service, with case work (level 4), and support people
who are struggling with their financial wellbeing. This is especially in relation to
unregulated debt. The service will support the most vulnerable people in
Carmarthenshire with a focus on older people and their carers
