Befriending Life Links Coordinator Pembrokeshire

  • Salary Band: DP1 (2) £22,750.00
  • Hours: 35hrs per week full-time
  • You will be working from the Haverfordwest Office, as well as being home-based, and travel throughout Pembrokeshire is essential.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working experienced. Coordinator to join our charity at an exciting time in its development. You will be committed to the daily coordination of our Befriending Life Links project in Pembrokeshire. Liaising with external agencies to identify potential social inclusion opportunities as well as coordinating one-to-one befriending support for our clients.

Information and Advice Officer Carmarthenshire

  • Salary Band DP2 £24,060 FTE - £19,248 Actual
  • Hours: 28 hours per week part-time
  • Working from our Llanelli Office, as well as being home based, and travel throughout Carmarthenshire is essential

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking experienced Information & Advice Officer to join our organisation. You will be committed to providing up-to-date information and advice to older people and their carers in outreach locations, via telephone, online and face to face. Working to approved quality standards, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of providing advice covering a range of topics including (but not exclusively); Welfare Benefits, Social Care and local services.

Experience of delivering Welfare Benefits Advice is required.

  • Salary Band DP2 £24,060 FTE - £19,248 Actual
  • Hours: 28hrs per week part time
  • You will be working from the Aberystwyth Office, as well as being home based, and travel throughout Ceredigion is essential.
  • This is fixed term contract funded initially until December 31st 2026 and subject to review and funding thereafter.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking experienced Information & Advice Officer to join our organisation.
