Age-Friendly Finalists Announced for the Bristol, Bath & Somerset Tourism Awards

Age UK Somerset is proud to sponsor the Age Friendly Business of the Year Award at the 2025 Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards, which celebrate excellence across the region’s tourism industry.

This special category recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to creating welcoming, inclusive, and accessible experiences for older visitors.

The finalists for this year’s award are:

• Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, Wraxall

• The Octagon Theatre & Westlands Entertainment Venue, Yeovil

Both have shown innovation and dedication in making their venues truly age-friendly, helping ensure that everyone can enjoy the best of what Somerset and North Somerset have to offer.

The Gold and Silver winners will be announced at the prestigious Tourism Awards Ceremony in Bath on 20th November, where businesses from across the region will come together to celebrate success.
