Age Friendly Tourism Award now open for entries

Entries are now open for the Bristol, Bath, Somerset & Glos Tourism Awards 2026/27.

Age UK Somerset is proud to sponsor the Age Friendly award, which recognises businesses that go above and beyond to welcome older visitors.

The awards celebrate the very best in tourism and hospitality across the region and are free to enter for businesses of all sizes.

For age-friendly businesses, this is an opportunity to gain recognition, raise your profile and receive valuable feedback. Creating inclusive environments for older people is increasingly important, and these awards highlight those leading the way.

We also encourage our community to get involved. If you know a business that provides an excellent experience for older visitors, please encourage them to enter.

Entries close at midnight on 31 May.
