At Age UK Somerset, we are passionate about our Ageing Well and Falls Prevention services and the positive impact they have on the lives of older people. We are now seeking someone with demonstrable success in managing a customer-facing service to provide clear leadership and support to the team.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation in collaboration with service Coordinators and Administrators
- Monitor class participation to ensure financial sustainability and to meet demand
- Develop and launch new classes, with a pragmatism that balances merit and risk
- Maintain good working relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, legal and procedural compliance
- Represent Age UK Somerset in meetings, talks, presentations and demonstrations
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running a customer-facing service
- Solid understanding of budgets
- Experience of monitoring and evaluating services
- First-class organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
