A chance to mix with others in a nurturing, welcoming and inclusive environment. We offer a wide range of fun and stimulating activities such as exercise, art and crafts, singing and games, as well as reminiscence sessions and music events. We also offer lunch and transport.

Who is this service for?

- This service is open to people living in Barnet with mild to moderate dementia, their families and carers.

- The service works closely with community mental health teams, social services, the volunteer sector and other Age UK Barnet services – including our Dementia Adviser Service and our Dementia Befriending Service.

Accessing our day services

- We offer Day Opportunities at our venue in East Finchley on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am until 3pm.

- On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, our Day Opportunities will take place in our Hendon venue: 154 Station Road, Hendon NW4 3SP (10am-3pm)
