We all know how important it is to keep moving for our health and wellbeing, and exercising has been a struggle for so many during this difficult time. Many people are still confined to their homes and those who can go out have no exercise classes to attend!

Our exercise instructors are missing all their lovely regular clients and to keep you all moving, they have come up with some short fun exercise routines to do at home or in the garden. We hope you enjoy them!
