This Spring to launch the new Somerset Dementia Wellbeing service, of which Age UK Somerset is a part, a series of Roadshows are taking place across Somerset to showcase the support options for people living with dementia.

Age UK Somerset is proud to be involved in the new Somerset Dementia Wellbeing Service. This is a collaboration between dementia services who are working together to improve diagnosis, enhance support in the community and provide an excellent, consistent service for people with dementia and their carers in Somerset.

Age UK Somerset offers ‘Memory Connection’ sessions using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and also provides Dementia Awareness training.
