Home From Hospital Service Manager
We are seeking a Service Manager to set up an develop this new service. We are looking for someone with a qualification in health or social care and experience of leading a small team of staff and volunteers.
Salary: £34,379.80 + contribution to pension

Home From Hospital Service Officers (Two posts)
To support the manager, we are seeking two service officers to support people being discharged from hospital. We are looking for applicants with an experience of working in health or social care.
Salary: £21,385 + contribution to pension

- Interviews: W/b: 14th November 2022
