Age Cymru Dyfed Retains Prestigious Age UK Charity Quality Standard

Age Cymru Dyfed is delighted to announce that we have successfully completed our three-year external accreditation review and have once again achieved the prestigious Age UK Charity Quality Standard for the organisation.

The Trusted Charity Standard is a nationally recognised quality mark, widely respected across the UK charity sector. It provides independent assurance that organisations are operating to a high standard in areas such as governance, leadership, accountability and service delivery. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates our continued commitment to excellence and to providing high-quality support and services to older people and communities across our region.

The assessment process measures performance across 11 key operational areas, ensuring that charities maintain strong management practices, clear strategic direction, effective safeguarding and financial controls, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Successfully retaining this accreditation reflects the dedication, professionalism and hard work of our staff, volunteers and trustees, who consistently strive to uphold the highest standards throughout the organisation. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful to everyone who contributes to the ongoing success of Age Cymru Dyfed and the support we provide to older people across Dyfed.
