Trustees Wanted

Help Us Be There

Published on 03 December 2022 08:55 PM

We are currently looking to recruit trustees from Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion to help people of West Wales love later life.

Our charity works hard to deliver a full range of specialist support services and interventions for older people and their families, both at home and in the community, whilst also signposting to other appropriate local support agencies.

As an independent charity with offices in three counties, the existing trustee board seeks new members, with time, experience, and the will to give back.

Ideally, someone with experience in finance, health and social care, fundraising, the legal profession, or charity work. Both experienced trustees and those with an interest in helping older people will be considered.

The role requires successful trustees to attend quarterly trustee board meetings, and contribute to the organisation’s strategic planning, with potential additional attendance at ad hoc meetings specific to their skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those wishing to make a difference by supporting the delivery of services and projects in their local community and assisting the charity to navigate through challenging times!
