3 biggest coronavirus concerns
Published on 24 March 2020 01:24 PM
Our Later Life Planning advice team has received hundreds of calls over the last week and we are working hard to give everyone the reassurance and advice that they need. 'These are the three issues that keep coming up when people are phoning in for advice,' says Zenda.
Everyone's situation is different and when someone phones up we give them advice tailored to their needs but here are some links and contacts that you, a friend or family member might find useful.
1. 'I'm worried about the future and want to know what benefits are available.' - from people who have lost their jobs or are self-employed and have no work.
Click here for our Later Life Planning page which has more contact information about benefits and social services.
For specific enquiries, contact our Later Life Planning Team on 020 8432 1417 between 10am – 1pm on Monday – Thursday. On Fridays, there will be no telephone advice so please leave a message or call Age UK's national helpline on 0880 028 6654.
2. 'I'm scared about being on my own'
