Thanks for visiting us at Pembrokeshire Show!

We had a brilliant couple of days meeting visitors in the Community Zone on Main Avenue and sharing more about the support and services we provide for older people across Pembrokeshire.

It was wonderful to chat with so many people who stopped by our stand to say hello, meet the team and find out more about our work.

We were also pleased to share information from our Dementia Connectors, part of the Hywel Dda Dementia Wellbeing Service, offering advice and support around living well with dementia.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited, chatted with us and helped us spread the word about the work we do. We really enjoyed meeting you and hope you enjoyed the show as much as we did!
