Nick, Chloe and Geoff Falk are competing in the Hever Castle triathlon to raise money for Age UK BarnetThree siblings, Nick, Chloe and Geoff Falk are completing an Olympic distance triathlon at Hever Castle, Kent to raise money for Age UK Barnet on 23 and 24 September. Please support them and Age UK Barnet by donating through their JustGiving fundraising page.

The race is hardly a walk in the park or your average 5k run. It involves a 1.5km swim, a 40km cycle followed by a 10km run.

Siblings running Hever Castle Triathlon for Age UK BarnetNicholas Falk says "we're not very fit (especially the boys), and it's not going to be pretty, but its for a worthy cause."

Their dad Peter is a trustee of Age UK Barnet and it's through him that they have learned how many lonely and isolated older people there are who need Age UK Barnet's support.

Age UK Barnet is always immensely grateful to be supported in this way. All fundraising helps us provide and expand our activities and services to support the prevention of loneliness and isolation as well as maintaining older people's independence. These services include befriending, the handy person service, the home from hospital help, exercise and socia groups. All are vital to hundreds of older people in the Borough.

Good luck and a big thank you Nick, Chloe and Geoff from all clients, staff and supporters of Age UK Barnet!
