Exciting Opportunity to join our Day Opportunities Team

 2-3 days per week / 15 to 21 hours

Salary £26,000 per annum full time rate paid pro rata for contracted hours.

Age UK Barnet are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Cook to provide nutritious, simple home cooked meals for clients, with early stages of Dementia, who attend our Day Centres.

Working alongside the other team members, you will take responsibility for planning menus, cooking, ordering, and ensuring food hygiene compliance at our centres in East Finchley and Hendon. Catering for up to 40 people per day, this post will be based in East Finchley on a Tuesday and Thursday, and at our centre in Hendon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

You may on occasion be asked to lead on catering for Age UK Barnet events.
