Information & Advice Support Worker

• Salary: £19,140 FTE £11,484 actual
• Hours: 21 hours per week - Flexible
• Location: Aberystwyth
• Contract: Initially until 31st March 2024 then subject to continued funding

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working Information & Advice Support Officer to join our three-county charity that supports the 50+ population in our communities. You will work alongside the Information & Advice Officers, providing administrative support to the service. This will include, but is not limited to, collating figures and maintaining an Excel spreadsheet, setting out letters and documents on Microsoft Word, recording information on databases, liaising with both clients and other stakeholders to arrange appointments and services and visiting clients in their homes, to assist the Officers as and when required.
