Charity Shop Volunteer

Time and Day Required: Friday or Saturday, between 10am and 5pm (full or half day)

Minimum length of commitment: 6+ months

Report to: Shop Manager

Role Overview: You will be working with our committed team to ensure our charity shop is tidy, well presented, and customers are happy. You'll join a friendly team who not only make sure that the shop is in top condition, but who also provide ad hoc support to older people by signposting them to our Activity Centre and community-based services. It's a vital way of raising awareness of our services as well as raising crucial funds to keep those services going.

A hands-on retail role for someone physically strong, well organised, and confident following instructions. A friendly approach to customer service is essential; retail experience and a creative eye are a welcome bonus.

This role isflexible, and we will make sure it fits your schedule. Need to work around school drop off and pick up times? No problem! Only like to volunteer on Wednesdays? That's fine by us!
