Salary: £24,240 pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Barnet Carers Centre is seeking to recruit Adult Carers Support & Outreach Officers to provide and promote a comprehensive high quality service to families within the London Borough of Barnet.
You will need to be self-motivated and have a high level of organisational, verbal and written communication skills. An awareness and understanding of carers’ issues and legislation is essential.
The post holder will deliver a range of services against a performance framework to achieve required outcomes and targets. The candidate will ensure that the service is delivered to a high standard and perform to their optimum and achieve their aims and targets.
You will report to the Senior Adult Carers Support & Outreach Officer on both delivery of the contract and internal and external developments.
