Volunteers help with signposting, form filling, admin and telephone work both in office based locations and in people’s homes.  

What does the role involve?

Arranging appointments, calling back clients, completing forms and online applications with older people,

What is expected of me?

We are looking for someone to help us on weekday mornings and afternoons.

The role would suit someone who has a methodical and orderly approach, experience of using a computer, in particular Word, a good command of written and spoken English and good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner, with ability to listen and speak clearly
