If you answer Yes to all of the following questions, we'd like you to complete our survey:
• Are you aged 50 or over and live in Wales?
• Do you look after, or give any unpaid help or support to family members, friends, neighbours or others because of long-term physical or mental ill-health or disability, or problems related to older age?
• Are you currently not accessing any formal support or services to help you in your role looking after someone/giving unpaid support?
This survey is available in Welsh and English and should take 15 minutes to complete.
