Through our healthy ageing programmes, we provide information that will help you to make informed choices about your health and to play an active role in managing your health and wellbeing.

  • Falls

    There are many reasons why the risk of falls and fractures increases with age, including weaker bones and muscles and being less mobile.
  • Physical activity programmes

    We run a variety of physical activity programmes to help keep you active. Whether it be Tai Chi, Nordic Walking or one of our new walking programmes, there's something for everyone.
  • Spread the Warmth

    Spread the Warmth is Age Cymru's national campaign to raise public awareness of the health risks that cold weather and a drop in temperature can have on older people.
