  • Walk and Talk Befriender

    Our Walk and Talk befriender is a free service aimed to help older people who would like to benefit from regular exercise but feel nervous going out by themselves. Our trained volunteers will walk with you in your local area.
  • Walking Groups

    Our group walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who will provide support and encouragement, and make sure no one gets left behind and walks at a pace comfortable for them.
