  • LIFT - Low Impact Functional Training

    Low Impact Functional Training (LIFT) is a series of activities and games designed to get older people taking part in physical activity in your local community.

    Nordic Walking provides a numbers of benefits above that of normal walking. Find out about Nordic walking events near you.
  • Tai chi

    Tai chi is a form of exercise found to improve health and wellbeing and is a discipline that involves the mind, breath and movement to create a calm, natural balance of energy.
