"Every day there are unsung heroes in communities across Wales who are making a real difference to the lives of older people.

"Most don't get the credit they deserve, but with these awards, Age Cymru is doing its bit to make sure people and organisations like our winners are recognised for their outstanding contribution to improving the lives of older people.

"Thanks also to our sponsors for helping us make the Age Cymru Awards and Gala Dinner a very special night indeed."
