"I'm really chuffed to be asked to join the Age Cymru Gala Dinner and Awards evening as host.

"I'm honoured to support the work of the charity as they combat and prevent isolation and loneliness and enhance health and wellbeing for older people across Wales.

"We're sure to have lots of fun and laughter during the night as we celebrate the exceptional achievements of the Award winners!"

Our event will celebrate people and organisations that have made exceptional contributions to the lives of older people in Wales.
