Volunteering enquiry

Thank you for offering your time and skills to help older people. We cannot do the the work we do without the amazing support we get from all of our volunteers.

At this stage, we just need some contact details and basic information from you – so that, once you’ve sent us this form, we can connect you with any relevant volunteering opportunities. Depending on the role, you may later be asked to complete a further application process.

Impact of cornavirus

While some areas of the country are actively looking for new volunteers to help them at this time, others have redeployed volunteers from other services that aren't currently running so may not need help just now. If there's not a volunteer opportunity immediately available in your area, we'll keep in touch and let you know if that changes.
One really great way you can start supporting older people in your community right now is by becoming a Neighbourly Volunteer with Age UK. It's a way of offering help with some practical tasks your older neighbours might be struggling with. Take a look at our short video explaining what neighbourly volunteering involves and how to get involved at www.ageuk.org.uk/neighbourly
