How our partnership is helping

Every penny raised supports practical Age UK services that help older people stay safe, connected and independent in their homes and communities. This includes:

  • information, advice and friendship delivered over the phone across the country
  • frontline support in communities where Dunelm colleagues and customers live provided by local Age UKs, from lunch clubs to friendship services, and essential transport for people who would otherwise be isolated.

Alongside fundraising, Dunelm is committed to using its resources to support older people directly - through colleague volunteering, product donations, and customer facing‑ activities in stores, Pausa Cafés and online.
