Daybreak's Celebrity Children's Christmas Card Competition launches today

To celebrate ITV's Christmas charity appeal Text Santa, Daybreak is giving one lucky youngster the chance to design their very own Christmas card to be sold alongside celebrity creations in shops nationwide.

Sketch Santa is looking for budding young artists to send in their card designs on what Christmas means to them. Be it traditional, modern or humorous, the card designs should include a picture of Santa Claus on the front and be themed around Christmas.

The lucky winner will see their cards sold in a pack of six cards alongside designs created by a host of top celebrity names including The Saturdays, Tulisa, Emmerdale's Matthew Wolfenden and Daybreak presenters Aled Jones and Lorraine Kelly.

Sketch Santa cards will be available to buy nationwide from Hallmark, Asda and charity stores. A proportion of the profits from each pack of cards soldwill be donated to Text Santa which this year is helping six charities:  Age UK, Anthony Nolan, Carers UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Together for Short Lives and Whizz-Kidz.
