Wardrobe bursting at the seams? Items not selling on Vinted? Donate them quickly and easily by post to Age UK.
How to donate your items to Age UK by post
- Choose your items. Gather any good-quality items you’d like to donate. This could include clothing, handbags, jewellery, or other valuable collectibles.
- If you have a Freepost envelope, pack your items directly inside.
- If you don't have a Freepost envelope or your need more space, pack your items in a postal bag or a box and use this address: FREEPOST RRYZ-UJKS-UTXT, AGE UK, Unit 44, Hardwick Grange, Woolston, WARRINGTON, WA1 4RF.
- Send your parcel. Take your packed envelope, bag or box to your local Post Office.
What to donate
We welcome donations of quality preloved items, including:
- women's, men's and children’s clothing
- shoes and accessories
- furniture and homeware
- toys, books, CDs, DVDs and games.
We raise around £15 from every bag of donations. That’s enough to fund a weekly telephone friendship call to a lonely older person.
What happens next
Once received, your donation will be sorted at our retail warehouse. Items may then be sold in an Age UK shop or listed on our eBay pre-loved store.
