Your Age UK shop urgently needs more donations. If your wardrobe’s crying out for a declutter, make it a win-win by donating what you no longer need to help a great cause.
It’s easy – just pop your clean, good-quality items into a bag and bring them down to your nearest shop. Every item you give helps support older people.
What can I donate?
The handbags and the gladrags? We’ll take ‘em!
We’re always looking for donations of:

- shoes
- bags
- accessories
- homeware
- books
- toys.
We like big bags and we cannot lie!
The average bag of donations can be sold to raise around £15 for Age UK’s vital work – that’s enough to fund a weekly telephone friendship call to a lonely older person.

It takes a community to keep our Age UK shop raising much-needed funds to support older people.
From advice and friendship to campaigning and local services, we simply couldn’t provide all that we do without supporters like you.
